About Returns

For used items sold by our store, we accept returns for initial defects within 7 days of product arrival. Please check the operation and condition of the product as soon as possible after arrival.

Returns will not be accepted for notifications received more than one week after arrival.

Due to the nature of used products, we generally do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

From Order to Delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

For used items sold by our store, please expect delivery within approximately 3 to 10 business days if shipping from our domestic warehouse.

If shipping from an overseas warehouse, the item will be shipped to our domestic consignment warehouse via international mail before being sent to you, so please allow approximately 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery.
