Please note that we cannot accept returns for any notifications made after more than one week. Due to the nature of used products, we do not, in principle, accept returns for customer convenience.
**From Order to Delivery**
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
For used items sold by our store, please expect delivery within approximately 3 to 10 business days if shipped from a domestic warehouse.
In the case of shipping from an overseas warehouse, the item will first be sent to a domestic partner warehouse via international mail before being sent to the customer. Therefore, delivery will take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month.
