Returns

For used products sold by our store, returns are accepted only in case of initial defects within 7 days of receipt.

Please check the operation and condition of the product as soon as possible after arrival.

Returns cannot be accepted for contact made after one week, so please be prompt.

Due to the nature of used items, we generally do not accept returns for customer reasons.

Order and Delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

For used products shipped from our domestic warehouse, please expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days.

For shipments from overseas warehouses, the product will be sent via international courier to our domestic consignment warehouse first, then delivered to the customer, which may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month.

*Since items may be sold simultaneously, we will contact you if the stock is out.

*Please note that deliveries to remote islands, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa may be delayed.

*After placing an order, we may send a confirmation email.
