Regarding our handling of used items

This product is a used item.

The presence or absence of accessories varies with each shipment,

and there may be cases where the product title does not mention accessories.

We include items that were attached at the time of purchase, but there is no guarantee for accessories or consumables.

Please note that, due to being a used item, there may be signs of use or aging (such as scratches, dirt, etc.) that do not affect functionality.

Additionally, because it is a used item, it is not suitable as a gift.

Since we are not a specialty store,

Regarding returns

For used items sold by our store, returns are accepted only in case of initial defects within 7 days of product arrival.

Please check the operation and condition of the product as soon as possible after receipt.

Returns cannot be accepted if contact is made after more than one week, so please be aware.

Due to the nature of used items, we generally do not accept returns for customer reasons.

From order to delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

For used items sold by our store, delivery from our domestic warehouse typically takes 3 to 10 business days.

If shipped from an overseas warehouse, the item will be sent via international courier to our domestic consignment warehouse first, then shipped to the customer, which may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed for remote islands, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa.
