Regarding our handling of used items

This product is a used item.

The presence or absence of accessories varies with each shipment,

and there may be cases where the product title does not mention accessories.

If you have any questions, please contact us via message.

We include accessories that were provided at the time of purchase, but there is no guarantee for accessories or consumables.

Please note that, due to being a used item, there may be signs of use or aging (such as scratches, dirt, etc.) that do not affect functionality.

Additionally, due to the nature of used items, they are not suitable as gifts.

Since our store is not a specialty shop,

please contact the manufacturer directly for detailed product information or setting instructions.

Depending on stock, remote controls may not be included with video decks, players, etc.

Please consider that accessories such as limited edition items or download codes are not included.

For used items, the instruction manual, external box, and CD-ROM for driver installation are generally not included, so please understand this before purchasing.

The trading cards labeled as used at our store are for play purposes.

Please be aware that used items may have minor scratches, white chips, and some signs of use.

Regarding returns

For used items sold by our store, returns are accepted only for initial defects within 7 days of product arrival.

Please check the operation and condition of the product as soon as possible after receipt.

Returns cannot be accepted for requests made after more than one week, so please be aware.

Due to the nature of used items, we generally do not accept returns for customer reasons.

From order to delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

For used items shipped from our domestic warehouse, please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

For shipments from overseas warehouses, items are first sent via international courier to our domestic consignment warehouse, then shipped to the customer, which may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month.

*Since items may be sold simultaneously, we will contact you if out of stock.

*Please note that deliveries to remote islands, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa may be delayed.

*After placing an order, we may send a confirmation email.

Please note that if there is no response, the order will be canceled.

Due to the nature of used items, we generally do not accept returns for reasons attributable to the customer.
