About Returns

For used items sold by our store, we accept returns for initial defects within 7 days of product arrival.

From Order to Delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
For used items sold by our store, delivery from our domestic warehouse is expected to take approximately 3 to 10 business days.
If shipping from an overseas warehouse, the item will be sent to our domestic consignment warehouse via international mail before being shipped to you, which may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery.
