About Returns

For used items sold by our store, we accept returns for initial defects within 7 days of arrival. Please check the operation and condition of the product as soon as possible after arrival.

Returns will not be accepted for items reported after one week.

Due to the nature of used products, we generally do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

From Order to Delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

For used items sold by our store, please expect delivery within approximately 3 to 10 business days if shipping from our domestic warehouse.

If shipping from an overseas warehouse, the item will be sent to our domestic consignment warehouse via international mail before being shipped to you, which may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery.
