About Returns

Regarding used items sold by our store, we accept returns for initial defects within 7 days of product arrival. Please check the operation and condition of the product as soon as possible after arrival.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for notifications received more than one week after arrival.

Due to the nature of used items, we generally do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

From Order to Delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

For used items sold by our store, please expect delivery within approximately 3 to 10 business days if shipping from our domestic warehouse.

If shipping from an overseas warehouse, the item will be sent to our domestic consignment warehouse via international mail before being shipped to you, which may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery.

*Delivery may be delayed for remote islands, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa. Please understand this in advance.
