【Work Content】
Set on future Earth, the story depicts the protagonist Daigo Otaki piloting the giant combining robot "Gordian," designed by his late father, to fight against the Mad Doctor gang. It is a robot battle anime that portrays courage and youth, styled like a Western. The "split and merge" of three robots caused a big reaction, making it a popular work during the 1970s, considered the golden age of robot anime.
