About Returns

For used items sold by our store, we accept returns within 7 days of arrival for initial defects only.
Please check the operation and condition of the product as soon as possible after arrival.
Returns will not be accepted for notifications received more than one week after arrival.
Due to the nature of used items, we generally do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

From Order to Delivery

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
For used items sold by our store, please expect delivery within approximately 3 to 10 business days if shipping from our domestic warehouse.
If shipping from an overseas warehouse, the item will be sent to our domestic consignment warehouse via international mail before being shipped to you, which may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery.
