| Product Description (If new) | The remake of the popular series 'Final Fantasy III'. The original was released in 1989 for the Famicom. In this version, graphics have been redrawn from 2D to 3D, and the game has been redesigned to be more user-friendly, including story and job swapping systems. Additionally, it supports Wi-Fi communication, characteristic of Nintendo DS. Users can exchange IDs called 'Friend Codes' to send letters to each other. Using SNS or similar services, players can communicate with a broader range of users. Events can also occur based on the number of exchanges. I truly feel that the idea of RPG playtime being equal to game completion time is outdated. 'Final Fantasy III' proves that Nintendo DS and RPGs are an excellent match for playing anywhere. RPGs that require long hours to complete are not suitable for busy people. However, many still want to play. With a portable game device, you can progress in the game during short periods of free time. Moreover, if the game content is as substantial as 'Final Fantasy III', the satisfaction level is quite high. However, what is unfortunate about this game is the lack of pause functions during dungeon exploration, in towns, or during battles. Using the DS's sleep function allows for a temporary pause, but since it is an RPG that has been progressed through effort, it is preferable to save securely for peace of mind. In the future, the FF series will likely see more remakes and new titles on the DS. I hope they will further pursue ease of play.
