* Do not scrub aluminum pots with metal scouring pads, as this will scratch the surface and cause corrosion.
* Do not use chlorine bleach or alkaline detergents.
* Leaving dirt containing salt or oil on the pot or storing aluminum products in humid places can cause corrosion.
* To remove burnt-on food, soak the pot in hot water to soften it, then remove it using a wooden spatula or bamboo whisk.
