The entire shoot was conducted on location in Seoul, a city he had previously mentioned as a place he wanted to visit. As this is my first photo book, I was filled with a fresh feeling, being able to shoot in an unfamiliar town and a different environment than usual, relaxing as if it were a holiday. I was a little embarrassed during the pool shoot because I don't usually stand in front of the camera shirtless (laughs). I saw a side of myself that I had never seen before, and I think this photo book allows people to see the "now" of Mackenyu Arata, which is unique to a photo book. I would be happy if many people could get their hands on it.
