### How to Use
**For first-time users, use both hands!**
1. **Hold the applicator:**
Hold the serrated part with your middle finger and thumb.
Point the tip of the white tube toward your body.
*Do not press the transparent tube with your index finger at this time.*
2. **Position:**
Take a relaxed, semi-squatting stance for easy insertion.
Relaxation makes insertion easier.
3. **Insert:**
Slowly insert the white tube until your middle finger and thumb touch the vaginal opening.
Insert diagonally backward rather than straight up for easier insertion.
4. **Push in:**
Using both hands, push the tube all the way in.
Keep your right hand's fingers on the vaginal opening and press the transparent tube with your left hand.
It requires some force, but if you push until your fingers overlap, only the absorbent core will be inside your body.
5. **Remove the plastic part:**
Once the absorbent core is inside, remove only the plastic part.
Leave the string outside your body.
*If you feel discomfort, it may indicate incorrect insertion.*
