**How to Use**
First-time users, use both hands!

1. **Grip:** Hold the serrated part.
Hold the serrated part with the middle and index fingers of your right hand.
Point the tip of the white tube towards your body.
At this time, be careful not to press the transparent tube with your index finger.
2. **Posture:** Semi-squat and relax.
Assume a semi-squatting posture that allows for easy insertion.
Relaxing makes insertion easier.
3. **Insertion:** Insert until your fingers touch.
Slowly insert the white tube until your middle and index fingers touch the vaginal opening.
Inserting diagonally backward rather than straight up makes it easier to insert.
4. **Pushing Out:** Push the tubes with both hands until fully compressed.
Without removing your right hand's fingers from the vaginal opening, push the transparent tube with your left hand.
It requires some force, but push until your fingers overlap to ensure only the absorbent core enters your body.
5. **Removal:** Remove only the plastic part.
Once the absorbent core is inside your body, remove only the plastic part.
Keep the string outside your body.
* If you feel discomfort, you may not have inserted it to the correct position.

**Usage Instructions**
* Do not reuse.
* Failure to adhere to the following may increase the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.
(1) Do not use tampons continuously; alternate with sanitary napkins.
(2) Do not use a single tampon for more than 8 hours.
(3) You may use tampons while sleeping if it is within 8 hours, but do not use them for more than 8 hours.
(4) Do not use if there is an unusual odor in your discharge (leukorrhea).
* If the applicator tip is crushed or cracked due to storage or carrying, do not use it as it may cause injury.

**Consultation Required**
(1) In the following cases, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist such as a gynecologist with the instruction manual attached to the product.
* If the following symptoms appear during use:
Symptom Name: Toxic Shock Syndrome
Symptoms: Sudden high fever, rash, redness, malaise, vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctival hyperemia, low blood pressure, etc.

**Other Precautions**
