**■ How to Use**
First-time users, use both hands!

1. **Grip:** Hold the ribbed part.
Hold the ribbed part with the middle and thumb of your right hand.
Point the tip of the white tube towards your body.
At this time, do not press the transparent tube with your index finger.
2. **Posture:** Half-squat and relax.
Assume a half-squatting posture that allows for easy insertion.
Relaxing makes insertion easier.
3. **Insertion:** Insert until your fingers touch.
Slowly insert the white tube until your middle and thumb touch the vaginal opening.
It is easier to insert by aiming diagonally backward rather than straight up.
4. **Pushing Out:** Push the tubes completely with both hands.
Without removing your right hand from the vaginal opening, push the transparent tube with your left hand.
It requires some force, but push until your fingers overlap, and only the absorbent core will enter your body.
5. **Removal:** Remove only the plastic part.
Once the absorbent core is inside your body, remove only the plastic part.
Keep the string outside your body.
