**[How to Put On]*** Ensure the side with the disposal tape is at the back.
**[How to Remove / Change]**1. Either pull them down like regular underwear or tear both sides to remove.* (If a caregiver is changing them): Tear from the bottom up.* (If the user is changing them): Tear from the top down.2. In the case of a bowel movement, hold the crotch area with one hand while removing to prevent stool from spilling.3. Roll up the pants, pinch and peel off the disposal tape on the back, fasten it securely, and dispose of it.* Note: When putting on or taking off the diaper, please be careful not to let the disposal tape touch the skin.
