梅は奈良県吉野・東紀州(三重県)で契約農家が有機栽培(有機JAS認証取得)したものを使用しています。 シソは奈良県・和歌山県で特に梅干の色づけに良いと言われる品種を有機栽培(有機JAS認証取得)し、たっぷりの量で漬け込むため、紅色が鮮やかです。 塩は伊豆大島で海水から直接生産した無機成分が豊富な伝統海塩「海の精」を使用しています。全ての原材料が国産のこだわり品です。 梅酢原液100%です。旨味料(アミノ酸等)や甘味料(砂糖、糖類等)は使用しておりません。 着色料、保存料などの添加物も一切使用しておりません。 酢の物、漬け物、梅酢ドレッシング、梅酢寿司などに。酸味スープ、梅酢スープなどのスープに。梅酢水にも。
