本商品は、『ウルトラ マン』誕生55周年を記念し、2016年に発売した「ウルトラレプリカ ベーターカプセル」をベースに、音声ギミックを完全リニューアルしました。
本体の外観は、メッキ加工やダイキャスト素材など複数の装飾技法を組み合わせて使用し、外観の再現性と重量感を追求。
先端のクリアパーツは音声に合わせて白色発光します。
また「ウルトラ マン」55周年のロゴがプリントされた専用台座が付属し、本体をディスプレイして楽しむことができます。
音声ギミックは2016年版から完全リニューアル。
本体裏面に新規の音声ボタンを追加し、操作性と劇中再現度が大幅に向上しました。

電源を入れると「変身前(ハヤタ)モード」が起動。
本体正面のAボタンを押すことで変身音が発動し、「変身後(ウルトラ マン)モード」へ自動変化します。
