What you'll need: Kyusu (teapot), teacups, 180cc of hot water, measuring spoon.Amount of tea leaves: 8gWater temperature: 70-80°C (158-176°F)
1. Pour well-boiled hot water into the teacups and let it cool to 70-80°C.* This brings the water to the appropriate temperature and warms the teacups.2. Place the tea leaves in the kyusu and pour the water cooled in the teacups over them.3. Wait for 45-60 seconds.* It is important not to touch the kyusu during this time.4. To ensure an even concentration, pour the tea into the cups in the following order:1 → 2 → 3 → 3 → 2 → 1.Pour out every last drop without shaking the kyusu.5. For the second infusion and beyond, slightly increase the water temperature and brew for about 30 seconds.
