Marushima Sanuki Boiled Udon 3-Serving Set: Enjoy Authentic Sanuki Flavor with Ease
Made with domestic wheat and using unique Sanuki techniques, we have recreated the firm texture and flavor of handmade udon.
Authentic Sanuki udon traditionally requires boiling in over 10 times the amount of water for nearly 20 minutes. To allow you to easily enjoy this at home, we have pre-boiled the udon and vacuum-sealed each serving for room temperature storage.
* "pH adjusters (lactic acid)" are used to maintain quality.The noodles may have a slight sour smell, but this will evaporate when boiled.
* Soup is not included, so please enjoy with your favorite broth.
**Cooking Instructions**
1. Boil 300-350ml of water per serving (200g) in a pot.2. Once the water is at a rolling boil, add the udon and boil for 2-3 minutes.3. Transfer to a bowl, add your preferred broth or soy sauce, and toppings such as green onions, chili, or seaweed, and enjoy.4. Crack an egg into the bowl for a "Tsukimi Udon" (moon-viewing udon).
