How to cook:
1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot, then add the noodles and loosen them with chopsticks.2. The noodles will be cooked in about 5 minutes, but remove 2-3 noodles to check the firmness and adjust the cooking time to your preference.3. Once cooked, turn off the heat, transfer the noodles to a colander, and rinse with running water. Alternatively, you can enjoy them as kamaage udon (boiled and served directly).4. Serve with your preferred dipping sauce and condiments.
