【Story】
Agent Cooper was in an alternate space. There, he exchanged incomprehensible conversations with a giant and was transported to a new alternate space. In front of Cooper in the Black Lodge, Laura Palmer appears and whispers something in his ear. Meanwhile, in the real world, another Cooper with long hair and wearing a Lesage jacket, Mr. C, exists. This man was ruthless and committed murders, but his true purpose remains unknown.

The incidents occurred in various locations. In South Dakota, a strange corpse with the head and torso separated was found; in Las Vegas, Daggie Jones, a man with a wife and children, was causing confusion with his strange behavior. In Twin Peaks, among familiar faces, important information about Cooper reaches Deputy Hawk, and a new investigation begins.
