The rice miso is an aged organic rice miso made from domestically grown organic rice and soybeans (non-GMO).

Organic rice fermented seasoning is an organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type) made by fermenting domestically grown organic rice and rice koji with water, using sake yeast.

Sesame oil is made by strongly toasting carefully selected high-quality sesame seeds and then pressing them to extract their characteristic aroma.

No chemical seasonings, protein hydrolysates, yeast extracts, or artificial colors are used.
Simply stir-fry cabbage, pork belly, and green onions, then add this product for a quick and delicious meal.
◆How to Make Twice-Cooked Pork (for 2-3 servings)
[Ingredients] Cabbage (bite-sized): 2-3 large leaves (approx. 150g), Pork belly (sliced): approx. 200g, Green onion (diagonally sliced): 1/2 stalk (approx. 50g) (*Adding other vegetables like bell peppers to your liking will also be delicious.)
1. Stir-fry vegetables
Add oil to a heated frying pan and stir-fry the cabbage. Remove the stir-fried cabbage to a separate plate.
2. Stir-fry meat and add this product
Add oil to the heated frying pan again, stir-fry the pork and green onions. Once the pork is cooked, turn off the heat temporarily, add this product, and stir-fry over medium heat, coating the ingredients.
3. Return vegetables
Add the cabbage back, stir-fry together, and it's done.
