It is simple to prepare—just stir-fry meat and vegetables, then add this sauce.
The garlic used is 100% domestically produced organic garlic.
The rice miso is made from domestically produced organic rice and non-GMO soybeans, and is aged to develop its flavor.
Organic sugar is used as the sweetener.
Organic corn starch (made from non-GMO corn) is included.
Organic rice fermentation seasoning is made from domestically produced organic rice, rice malt, and water, fermented with sake yeast to produce organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type).
Sea salt used is Shima Salt.
Oyster extract made from Hiroshima oysters is included.
Sesame oil is made from carefully selected high-quality sesame seeds that are strongly toasted and then pressed to extract a rich sesame aroma.
The soy sauce is an organic honjozo soy sauce brewed from domestically produced organic whole soybeans (non-GMO) and wheat, aged for over a year.
No chemical seasonings, protein hydrolysates, yeast extracts, or coloring agents are used.
By stir-frying cabbage, pork belly, and long green onions, then adding this product, you can easily prepare a delicious dish.
◆ How to make Qingjiao Rousu (2–3 servings)
[Ingredients]
- Cabbage (cut into bite-sized pieces): 2–3 large leaves (about 150g)
- Pork belly (sliced): about 200g
- Long green onion (diagonally sliced): 1/2 stalk (about 50g)
*(Optional: adding vegetables like green peppers makes it even more delicious.)*
1. Stir-fry the vegetables
Heat oil in a frying pan, then stir-fry the cabbage. Once cooked, transfer to a separate plate.
2. Stir-fry the meat and add this product
Add oil again to the heated pan, stir-fry the pork and green onion until the pork is cooked through, then turn off the heat. Add this product and stir-fry over medium heat to coat the ingredients.
3. Return the vegetables
Add the cabbage back into the pan and stir-fry together. It’s ready to serve.
