For those with relatively good physical strength, sometimes experiencing lower abdominal pain, shoulder stiffness, headache, dizziness, hot flashes, and cold feet, the following symptoms: menstrual irregularities, abnormal menstruation, menstrual pain, menopausal disorders, blood-related symptoms, shoulder stiffness, dizziness, headache, bruises (contusions), chilblains, blemishes, eczema, dermatitis, and acne.
