In two packets of this product (3.75g), it contains 2.0g of Kamii Shoyosan extract (half amount) with the following proportions.
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Bupleurum 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Peony 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Licorice 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Angelica 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Poria 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia San-shishi 1.0g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Button-Pi 1.0g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Licorice 0.75g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Ginger 0.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Peppermint 0.5g
Contains excipients such as Japanese Pharmacopoeia Stearic Acid Magnesium and Japanese Pharmacopoeia Lactose Monohydrate.

For individuals with moderate or less physical strength, experiencing hot flashes, shoulder stiffness, fatigue, mental anxiety, irritability, and sometimes constipation, the following symptoms: cold sensitivity, weak constitution, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, menopausal disorder, blood-related symptoms, insomnia.
Note) Blood-related symptoms refer to mental and physical symptoms such as mental anxiety and irritability that appear with hormonal fluctuations during menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and menopause.

Take the following amount before meals with water or hot water.
Frequency of use per day: 2 times
Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet (1.875g) per dose; children 7 years and older but under 15: 2/3 packet per dose; children 4 years and older but under 7: 1/2 packet per dose; children 2 years and older but under 4: 1/3 packet per dose; children under 2: do not take.
