Each 2 packets (3.75g) of this product contain 2.25g of Tōtōsan extract (half amount), prepared from the extract of Tōtōsan in the following proportions.
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Gypsum 2.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Chotohko 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Chenpi 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Bakumondo 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Hange 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Bukuryō 1.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Kikuka 1.0g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Ninjin 1.0g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Bōfū 1.0g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Kanzo 0.5g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Shōkyō 0.5g
As excipients, it contains Japanese Pharmacopoeia Magnesium Stearate and Japanese Pharmacopoeia Lactose Monohydrate.

For those with moderate physical strength, experiencing chronic symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and shoulder stiffness, and exhibiting the following conditions: chronic headache, neurosis, tendency toward high blood pressure.
▼Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount with water or hot water before meals.
Frequency of use per day: 2 times
Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet (1.875g) per dose; children 7 to under 15 years: 2/3 packet per dose; children 4 to under 7 years: 1/2 packet per dose; children 2 to under 4 years: 1/3 packet per dose; children under 2 years: do not take.
