Take the following amount before meals with water or hot water.

Age: single dose: number of times per day
Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet (1.875g), 2 times
7 years to under 15 years: 2/3 packet
4 years to under 7 years: 1/2 packet
2 years to under 4 years: 1/3 packet
Under 2 years: do not take

When giving to children, have them take it under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
