To prevent motion sickness, chew or dissolve the following dose in the mouth 30 minutes before boarding or sailing. If additional doses are needed, take them at intervals of 4 hours or more.

- 11 years and older — 2 tablets — Up to 2 times per day
- 5 to 10 years — 1 tablet — Up to 2 times per day
- Under 5 years — Do not use
