To prevent motion sickness, take the following single dose with water or hot water 30 minutes before riding in a vehicle or ship.
Number of times to take: up to 3 times at intervals of 4 hours or more
11 to 14 years old: 2 tablets per dose
5 to 10 years old: 1 tablet per dose
Do not give to children under 5 years old
