For prevention of motion sickness, take the following dose with water or hot water 30 minutes before riding.
15 years and older: 1 tablet per dose, up to 3 times with intervals of 4 hours or more
Do not take if under 15 years old
If additional doses are needed, take the next dose at intervals of 4 hours or more. The total number of doses per day should not exceed 3.
