Prevention and relief of dizziness, nausea, and headache caused by motion sickness
▼Usage and dosage
For prevention of motion sickness, take 30 minutes before riding or sailing by chewing or dissolving the following dose in the mouth. If necessary, additional doses can be taken at intervals of 4 hours or more.

11 years and older: 2 tablets: up to 2 times a day
Ages 5 to under 11 years: 1 tablet: up to 2 times a day
