■ Important Notice Before UseTransino EX contains tranexamic acid, which is effective for melasma, as an ingredient for improving melasma.The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per dose, taken twice daily.
■ Consult Before Use1. Do not take this medication if you:- Are undergoing dialysis (may cause seizures)2. While taking this medication, do not take other medications containing tranexamic acid orally.
■ Other Precautions1. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:- Receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant- Breastfeeding- 55 years old or older- Have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances- Have thrombosis (such as cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, etc.)- Are at risk of thrombosis (have had thrombosis before, family history of thrombosis, diagnosed with congenital coagulation disorders by a doctor, taking oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy that may cause thrombosis)- Diagnosed with kidney disease2. ■ Efficacy and Effects■ Other Precautions1. This medication contains ingredients that make blood clots (thrombi) less likely to dissolve. Therefore, be aware of early symptoms of thrombosis, such as:- Severe headache, speech disturbances, persistent chest pain or tightness for more than 10 minutes, sudden shortness of breath, calf pain or swelling, unexplained sudden difficulty breathing, chest pain, or transient loss of consciousness.2. Do not take continuously for more than two months. However, use it for about one month as a guideline to assess its effectiveness.3. If symptoms recur after stopping, you may resume taking the medication, but wait at least two months before doing so. Do not continue taking it for more than two months even after resuming.4. The degree of improvement in spots varies among individuals, and the medication does not work for everyone. Even if effective, it does not necessarily mean the spots will completely disappear.
