近鉄バス株式会社は、近畿日本鉄道株式会社自動車局からバス事業を譲り受け、営業を開始して2019年10月1日で20年を迎えました。これを記念して復刻デザイン塗装バスの運行を開始致しました。車体のデザインは、1980年代に近畿日本鉄道株式会社自動車局が1947年頃~1990年頃まで運行していたデザインをモチーフとしており、クリーム色の下地にダークレッド色のカラーとなっています。布施営業所、稲田営業所、枚岡営業所、鳥飼営業所、松原営業所、八尾営業所に各1台ずつ合計6台います。
