**How to Use**
1. Place the product flat in a location below 28°C (82°F).Rapid cooling is possible by using a refrigerator, freezer, ice water, or cold water.
* The packaging bag can be used for cooling by placing the product inside and then immersing the bag in ice water or similar.When doing so, be sure to securely close the bag's zipper and do not place it near items that should not get wet.(Even if the water inside does not leak, condensation may cause the outside to become wet.)
2. Wear it around your neck.It will absorb heat when the ambient temperature exceeds 28°C (82°F).
* If it feels too tight when worn, gently pull it sideways with your hands.
3. The cooling effect will be lost when it becomes liquid.
