What is Abumata's Edo Amami Miso?"Edo Amami Miso" is said to be the epitome of Edo's sweetness,and is a rice miso made from carefully selected rice, soybeans, and salt.Although it does not use artificial sweeteners, it uses plenty of rice koji,and because it contains less salt than general spicy miso (approximately 6%),it creates a unique moist sweetness and a soft texture.
