However, the packed length of this model is 59cm, which is shorter than a 9ft 4-piece rod. It is convenient not only for expeditions but also for fishing in fields where you walk mountain trails with your backpack. Once assembled, you will forget it is a 6-piece rod due to its lightness and suppleness. Recommended fly lines are Supra Express WF6/7F for full floating lines, and Atlantic Salmon Short SWT (Switch) 6/7 series + Shooting Line Monocore Floating 019 etc. for sinking lines (heads).
