1) Rice deliciousness comparable to earthenware pot cooking
"Far-infrared 3-layer earthenware pot coating" combines materials with good thermal conductivity and applies a far-infrared effect coating.
The 3-layer structure of layered metals efficiently heats the inner pot.
The far-infrared coating made of earthenware material enhances the far-infrared effect, widely transferring heat to each grain of rice, cooking it sweet and delicious.
2) Increased far-infrared effect with increased earthenware powder
Compared to our previous products, the far-infrared effect is enhanced by increasing the amount of earthenware powder in the inner pot.
It cooks rice plumply by trapping sweetness.
3) High heat "Goka IH"
"Goka IH" brings out the natural sweetness and umami of rice. High heating from the bottom and sides of the inner pot envelops the entire inner pot with strong heat, cooking it plumply to the core.
It also promotes the gelatinization of rice with high-temperature steaming of approximately 110-115°C, bringing out its natural sweetness (umami).
4) Grain-preserving keep-warm
By utilizing the steam sensor during keep-warm, it senses the amount of water vapor evaporating from the rice and controls the temperature increase, maintaining an optimal amount of evaporated water. This keeps moisture in the rice and keeps it plump while preserving the shape of the grains.

2) "Bread Baking" menu: The "Bread Fermentation" and "Bread Baking" menus make it easy to enjoy baking bread, which is difficult to control the temperature for.
