Spill-proof structure when tipped over
The spout faces upwards and has a shut-off mechanism, so it minimizes hot water spillage even if the unit is accidentally tipped over.
"Double-wall construction" that does not get hot and has high heat retention.
The double-wall construction made of resin is designed to prevent it from getting hot even after boiling. The boiled water also stays warm and does not cool down easily, providing excellent heat retention.
"Steam-reducing design" cuts steam by about 90%
Steam volume is reduced by approximately 90% compared to our previous models.
Based on our own measurement method, comparing water temperature and room temperature of 23 degrees Celsius, one cup (approx. 140mL), with our previous model PFY-A (manufactured in 2011).
When boiling is complete, the switch automatically turns off and the power is cut.
"Boil-dry prevention" detects boiling dry and automatically shuts off.
The lid closes securely with a "click."
If locked, it prevents hot water from spilling from the spout even if tipped over.
