The coffee uses organic beans from the top-grade SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) Guatemala, harvested from the Paro Blanco farm. Only ripe cherries are carefully hand-picked one by one, then sun-dried slowly. The beans are then roasted very dark and finely ground domestically to bring out a fragrant aroma and rich body. With just one night of steeping in water, you can easily prepare authentic coffee.
