■ Indications and Effects
- Constipation
- Relief of symptoms associated with constipation: headache, feeling of heat, skin roughness, eruptions, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids

■ Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount with one glass of water before bedtime.
Start with the minimum dose initially, and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement and condition.

- Adults (15 years and older): 3–6 tablets, once
- 11–14 years: 2–4 tablets, once
- 7–10 years: 2–3 tablets, once
- 5–6 years: 1–2 tablets, once
- Infants and children under 5 years: Do not use

- It uses highly water-retentive active magnesium oxide, providing gentle yet effective action.

- Effective way to take:
Drink one glass of water before bed.
While sleeping, magnesium gathers water in the intestines, softening stool, leading to comfortable bowel movements in the morning.
Start with a small dose initially; if bowel movements are not achieved, increase within the recommended range.
If stool becomes too loose, it indicates improvement; reduce the dose gradually.
Recommended for those with chronic constipation and elderly individuals.
