This work depicts the romantic developments of Uesugi Futaro after entering university, which were not depicted in the anime's main story. The story is divided into two parts. The first part depicts dates with the person he confessed to, which were long-distance relationships. The second part depicts Uesugi Futaro, who has returned to his hometown, proposing to the person he confessed to. Will Uesugi Futaro be able to propose to the person he confessed to? Everything depends on the player's choices.

The protagonist, Uesugi Futaro, enrolled in a university in Tokyo. It's the summer vacation of his first year of university. The person he confessed to comes to Tokyo to meet Uesugi Futaro. Numerous famous spots in Tokyo and Yokohama appear in the dates between Uesugi Futaro and the quintuplets. This time as well, many beautiful illustrations color the original story. Then, in the winter vacation of his fourth year of university, Uesugi Futaro heads to his hometown where she awaits.
