The protagonist, Futaro Uesugi, entered a university in Tokyo. During the summer vacation of his first year, the confessor comes to Tokyo to meet Futaro Uesugi. The date with Futaro Uesugi and the quintuplets features many famous spots in Tokyo and Yokohama. This time as well, many beautiful illustrations enhance the original story. During the winter vacation of his fourth year of university, Futaro Uesugi heads to his hometown where his girlfriend is waiting.
