The Nail, featuring rising star vocalist Girish Pradhan and the genius Erol brothers, aged 21 and 16! A debut work packed with super-talented vocals, high-level young musicians, and substantial, engaging songs! Frontiers Records, a renowned label for melodic rock, has discovered super vocalists like Ronnie Romero and Dino Jelusić. Following in their footsteps is Girish Pradhan, the super-talented vocalist for The Nail. Girish Pradhan is known for his recent participation in Girish & The Chronicles and Joel Hoekstra's albums. Those who have heard these works may already know that his powerful voice, ranging from high tones to husky low notes, possesses a unique presence in all his works. This album, The Nail, was created in response to requests to further utilize Girish's voice and at the urging of Kip Winger (Winger), who highly praised his talent. Kip was also involved in this work as a director. In addition to Girish Pradhan, the genius Erol brothers, Effie and Rhys Ali, are also noteworthy in The Nail. Both Effie (Gt) and Rhys Ali (Bs, Dr) debuted in the band Crossing Rubicon, and they are only 21 and 16 years old! Their skill in holding their own against the talented Girish, despite their youthful appearance, is not to be overlooked. This debut album, bearing the band's name, is not only topical but also offers a wide range of content, from highly melodic numbers that showcase the vocals to hard and heavy tracks reminiscent of Judas Priest, as well as songs that evoke Dio and Winger. Girish fully utilizes his vocal range, singing his heart out. Those hearing his voice for the first time will be amazed by his skill and power. The energetic performances of the two young musicians add a brilliant touch, and with Kip's direction, the result is a substantial and impressive work, belying its debut status.
