This compilation features a variety of intriguing covers, including rock and roll songs like "Bop-A-Lula" and "Good Rockin' Tonight," R&B tracks such as "The House of the Rising Sun" and "High Heel Sneakers," as well as Bob Dylan covers. It also includes politically charged material like "Get Back" (which emphasized "No Pakistanis"), experimental tracks like "I Me Mine" and "Let It Be," and studio process recordings that were not included in the original album or the film "Let It Be."
Historically, "Sweet Apple Trax" became a must-have item for collectors, spawning numerous variations such as "Hot as Sun," "The Black Album," and "Get Back Journal."
