He formed Off Course in 1969 and began his professional music career the following year, releasing hit songs such as "Sayonara" and "Kotoba ni Dekinai." This album includes many re-recorded versions of Off Course-era songs. After disbanding Off Course in February 1989, he resumed his solo career. This release also features two new songs: "Love Story wa Totsuzen ni," a major hit exceeding 270,000 copies in 1991; "Tashikana Koto," a hit song from a Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance commercial; "Kyou mo Dokoka de"; and "Kaze wa Yanda," the theme song for the movie "64" and a Subaru commercial song. This is Kazumasa Oda's first ALL TIME BEST ALBUM, covering his "Jiko Best" and "Jiko Best II" and packed with his major hits.
