**Product Introduction**
Tetra-Cochison Ointment is an ointment formulated with the antibiotic tetracycline hydrochloride and the corticosteroid hydrocortisone acetate.

**Precautions for Use**
**Do Not Do**
(Failure to follow these instructions may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects)
1. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Chickenpox, athlete's foot, ringworm, etc.
(2) Eyes or the area around the eyes
2. Do not use for prolonged periods.

**Consultation Required**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use:
(1) Those receiving medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant or potentially pregnant women.
(3) Breastfeeding women.
(4) Those who have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(5) Those with widespread affected areas.
(6) Those with severe eczema or sores.
(7) Those with deep wounds or severe burns.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document, as it may indicate a side effect.

Skin: Rash, redness, itching
Skin (affected area): White patches such as athlete's foot or ringworm, acne, purulent symptoms, persistent irritation

**Effects and Efficacy**
The following conditions accompanied by pus: Eczema, dermatitis, heat rash, diaper rash, chilblains, insect bites, hives. Purulent skin diseases (impetigo, furuncles, folliculitis).

**Dosage and Administration**
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to several times a day, or spread it on gauze and apply.

**Notes on Dosage and Administration**
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Be careful not to get this product in your eyes. If it does get into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If symptoms are severe, seek medical attention from an ophthalmologist.
(3) For external use only.
(4) Follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(5) Wash your hands before use.
(6) After use, wipe the tip of the tube with clean gauze or tissue paper to prevent contamination, and close the cap tightly.

**Ingredients and Amounts**
Per 1g:
Tetracycline Hydrochloride... 30mg (potency)
(Used for skin infections caused by tetracycline-sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, E. coli, Klebsiella, and Proteus.)
Hydrocortisone Acetate... 10mg
(A corticosteroid that has an anti-inflammatory effect and relieves symptoms such as redness, swelling, and itching.)
Additives: Butyl parahydroxybenzoate, hydrophilic petrolatum (white petrolatum, ceresin wax, stearyl alcohol, cetanol, cholesterol), and 1 other ingredient.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Store out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container, as this may cause misuse or change the quality.
(4) Do not use products that have passed their expiration date.
