Product Introduction
This is a concentrated 5x dashi-rich dipping sauce, making it versatile for not only noodle dipping but also for simmered dishes, rice bowls, and as a soy sauce substitute. Unlike other dipping sauces, it is not overly sweet, allowing it to be used as a marinade for fried chicken and pickles. It is finished with Tenyo Special Soy Sauce as a base, with carefully extracted dashi from bonito flakes. This is our long-selling product, launched in 1964.
Bimisan was launched in 1964, the same year as the Tokyo Olympics.

Soy sauce (honjozo) (soybeans: non-genetically modified), sugars (sugar, sugar-mixed glucose-fructose liquid sugar), protein hydrolysate, salt, flakes (bonito, frigate tuna), alcohol, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel color, (includes wheat and soybeans as part of the ingredients)

Refrigerate after opening. Also, use immediately after diluting. This container may deform if exposed to high temperatures. Avoid pouring hot water on it or placing it near heat sources or in high-temperature environments.
