Traditional Japanese Dyeing Technique: Chusen
Chusen is a unique Japanese dyeing technique that has been around since the Meiji era.
Using stencils to create patterns, dye is poured over multiple layers of fabric, allowing the dye to penetrate beautifully to the core of the cloth.
Pouring the dye from above creates natural gradations and bleeding, resulting in a warm finish that cannot be achieved by machines.
Chusen dyeing is unique in that it has no front or back, allowing for beautiful colors to be enjoyed from any angle. The texture improves with use, developing its own unique character over time.

[Care Instructions]
For fraying at the ends, trim the long frayed threads with scissors. After washing a few times (2-3 times), the fraying will settle down and become less prone to unraveling.

* To preserve the soft texture of the fabric, the finishing press is applied lightly, so some wrinkles may remain.
* There may be some color bleeding. For the first few washes (2-3 times), please avoid washing with white items.
* Do not use bleach (chlorine-based) detergents.
* Due to the Chusen dyeing process, the color and pattern of the product may vary slightly.
